Day 1

Wat Phra That Doi Kham

Head to Wat Phra That Doi Kham, a 1,300 year-old temple that was built in the Hariphunchai era of Queen Chamadhevi. Luang Pho Tan Jai is enshrined within the temple. This hilltop temple is a popular place for people to come and pray for good fortune.

Studio Naenna

Learn how to make tie-dye cloth, a famous Chiang Mai product, at Studio Naenna, which is a centre for learning about weaving and dyeing Mudmee cloth or cotton fabric. Lessons are taught by Patricia Cheesman, who is a professor at the Faculty of Fine Arts at Chiang Mai University. The studio also exhibits ancient and local woven textiles.

Onsen At Moncham

Check in at Onsen At Moncham and soak in an onsen in the peaceful atmosphere of Moncham’s lush green mountains. This is the first natural onsen in Thailand, and is located on a mountain 1,200 meters above sea level. Here you can experience the perfect blend of Japanese onsen culture and Northern Thai culture.

Dinner at Mee | Zü | Nam, the dining room of Onsen At Moncham. The restaurant serves Thai, Japanese, and European cuisine, using only the best ingredients to create each dish.

Morning exercise with yoga or mini golf at Onsen At Moncham

Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden

Visit the Queen Sirikit Botanic Garden, the first botanic garden in Thailand with international standard management. The garden has collected many species of plants from Thailand and from other countries, especially local plants and endangered plants, in order to reproduce and study them.

Cinnamon Hill

Lunch at Cinnamon Hill, a European-style and Thai fusion restaurant surrounded by peaceful nature. The restaurant uses vegetables from their organic farm, which has been producing fresh and nontoxic ingredients for over 10 years.

Buakaw Village

Learn about Muay Thai at Buakaw Village, a boxing camp that occupies a huge area of land surrounded by mountains and rice fields. Here you can learn about and practise Muay Thai with the famous boxer Buakaw Banchamek and his professional boxing staff, who will help you to enjoy Muay Thai like never before.
